I cannot recommend Baltic Dental Clinic highly enough! From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care are truly exceptional. The team are not only highly knowledgeable and experienced, but they also take the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you feel informed and at ease throughout. You can tell they are truly passionate about what they do and committed to the highest standards of dental care. The clinic itself is spotless, cosy and welcoming, well equipped and that inspires real confidence. From the warm reception to the expert treatment and thoughtful follow-up, every detail is handled with remarkable attention and kindness. Please avoid at all costs. Customer service is ridiculously bad and the degree of unprofessionalism is incredible. I had a dental appointment for teeth whitening scheduled for 8PM - this was made with the dentist the week before who had called me and asked me to confirm the time. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early (7.45PM) and strangely enough the doors to the practice were closed despite the lights being on. I called 8-10 times over the next half hour with no success - no one was picking up - and by this time i had been standing outside in the cold for half an hour. I called a friend to check their website in case i had the wrong number - funny enough it was the correct number. He called the practice and they picked up. So i called again myself and guess what? No one picked up. This is absolutely appalling. They were purposely ignoring my calls because they did not want to honour the appointment that they agreed to. Rather than call me and tell me they are unable to see me, they chose to waste my time and have me stand in the freezing cold. If this is how they treat their clients i can only speculate about the credibility of the service they provide. Please avoid at all costs and if possible chose another dentist in Riga, there are plenty of them, even if it means paying a little extra - at least then you can be sure to get an appointment.

Booked an appointment and visited from UK. It's fantastic. Did full panoramic X-rays (which my UK dentist never did) and identified that I will need some root work prior to Olga doing the cosmetic work. This showed me that this dental practice is also about doing what is right for the individual and not just simply about making money. Prices are low, and equipment and service seems world class

I attempted twice to make an appointment with a dentist for the replacement of a submaxillary retainer bracer, and twice the receptionist told me he'd get back to me after talking to the dentist. One of the two requests was over a month ago, and the other was more than two weeks ago. I'm still waiting.

It's right, they got nothing such like service....First I sent them an email in order to get an appointment, nothing happens.... Then I called and they said they are going to call me back, again nothing happens... Now I keep on calling but they don't even pick up!!! Been busy since 5 days with terrible tooth pain and just waste time with these highly unprofessional "customer service"... Called another dentist today, straight got an appointment for tomorrow morning. Suggest you do it straight instead of believing there advertising.... Never ever again!!!

Хотела записаться на прием. Обещали перезвонить - и тишина. Позвонила второй раз - снова пообещали и снова тишина. Клиенты не нужны? По ощущениям, звонишь не в клинику, а кому-то на личный номер. Подозрительное место.
